Welcome to Girjas Adventure!

We provide adventure travel in the Sámi mountains. Choose to meet the large trout in a quiet mountain lake or go on a calf-marking in the midnight sun. You get along the way encounter a vibrant culture of the reindeer herding Sami people, depending on time of year you choose to visit us.

We are located in Girjás village, where you can meet both low and high mountains. We gladly tell you about our Sami culture. Our goal is to spread knowledge and understanding of Saami livelihoods and Sami culture.

In the mountains hiding old settlements, reindeer fencing and high places of the past. But our culture lives on today and we would love to share with you.
